General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Just to let you know we at Allure Spa & Training Academy we are serious about taking care of your data. The law is changing this month so we would like to give you an update on how we store and deal with your data.

All consultation information is stored on our computer, which is only seen by your therapist. And all other information is locked by an electronic password which no other person has access to. Our computer will always be locked if no one is at the front desk. We will ask for your name, address, postcode, mobile number and e-mail address. Date of birth is optional. We will also ask about allergies and any medication you are currently taking – this is vital to check if the treatment you would like is suitable for you and we also have an insurance obligation to check this information.

If we take any before and after photos of your treatment we will ask for your consent to use these to show off your fabulous results, and will only do so if you are happy with this.

When checking in to the salon your information will be updated and you will be able to ask to see all of the information we hold about you on your visit and why we intend to keep this information.

Your information will never be given to any third parties without your consent. You can also request to have your data removed and can easily opt out of recieving marketing e-mails using the link provided at the bottom of any e-mails we send you.
